I dont have crystal reports. so cant do that fix to the invoice report could
you send me an updated one?

What version of Emerald are you using? 2.5.261

How many billing cycles?
What do you mean by this one. I run A batch at least once a week but what
it does for what i think are new accounts is add an extra line with the
added explanation 30 days or 40 days. these are accounts that arnt even 1
month old.

Do you have and what options are configured for the billing cycle
of the customer with the problem?
they are set up to quarterly billing. renewal. admin is set to bill on
anaversary.
