A UNC is a path to a network share or path that is not associated to
a drive letter. The significance of using a UNC over a drive letter
is that a service can use a UNC but not a drive letter.

A UNC is in the form:

Dale E. Reed Jr. Emerald and RadiusNT__________________________________________IEA Software, Inc.
