[Emerald] calls table primary key

I seems that we need to change the primary key of the calls table
in order not to have duplicate calls. Our primary key is :

Should I change it ?
I have reported earlier an error like this one and the call was not
added to the calls table, thus the record will not be duplicated but
the user will work for free!!!

Did I miss anything here???
