[Emerald] Problems with showing and paying $0.00 Invoices

With Emerald 2.5.227 I seem to be having a problem when I try to pay
an invoice that has a $0.00 for users that are marked as Tradeout.
First they don't show up in the invoice search list when checking for
Unpaid invoices. Second it won't let me pay it with a $0.00 amount.
We were able to do this in Emerald 2.2
