I have a new customer that signed up for 1 year paying on their credit
card the 1 year prepaid cost. If i just put them into emerald as a new
customer, put it on credit card, put in the cc number and autobill = 0.
I want emerald to bill them for the year, and at the end of the year
send a bill/renewal notice. Is that possible with emerald ? What is
the normal behavior for emerald for this ?
