I am trying to get everything setup for when Dale finds a cure for the new
IMail/Emerald integration and I hope someone can help me with a little
problem. We are using MetaInfo SendMail for NT currently which uses a text
file. I need to move users over to IMail one by one and keep it transparent
to them. I have IMail on a new machine aliased in DNS as mail2 and I have
the MX records pointing to both the SendMail and IMail servers at the same
priority, 10. All users have their SMTP and POP3 server addresses pointing
to mail.ficom.net. Is there a way to make this work? I would like to create
the account on the new server and then delete it on the old server and not
have the user make any changes. Thanks for any ideas.
