I finally got 2.5 working. I don't know why it works but here it is:

The only difference is that this time I UPGRADED a 2.1.11 database with the license key on
it. All the other times I either created a 2.5 database from scratch or inserted the key
after the upgrade.

Dale, any ideas why it works this way?
