Hi Brad,
Make sure that you go to the Menu...
File -> External Systems -> Batch Out
That should create all the new accounts in Post.Office
Or that you have Auto-Sync ES checked off in the Emerald Admin under the
client section.
This will automatically do this after you click the save button in the MBR.
