The problem is that if Emerald blindly overwrote that file, it would
be easy to miss transactions. What I am curious about is for those
that do not support deleting the file they read, so they require
you to manually select the file, or do they just read in the same
file each time? For the former, we might be able to come up with
a file naming schema to write each file unqiuely to prevent that
issue.
