It's pretty close to that simple. The only caveats that come to mind really
depend on the security model you've chosen to run your SQL server under. If
it's integrated, you should be OK providing the new server is in the same
domain as your old one is.

Otherwise you will have to add usernames/passwords to the new server cause
passwords get transferred with a value of NULL to the new machine.

And don't forget the entries to /winnt/system32/drivers/etc/services
for Radius and the ODBC DSN's of course.
