All of the Device-Connect-To ARE the VSAs. Are you using RadiusNT 2.5?
Most likely you don't have the database setup correctly to handle VSA
support.

If you have a 2.2 database, you can use the following MS SQL Server
script to update it to be VSA compatable. Please check the
script carefully, as we can't be resposible for any problems that
may result from using it.
