They are the number of billing cycles out for the customers. The number
in () is the number of calls for that billing cycle. If the number in
()
are large, start with the HIGHEST billing cycle out, and work your way
down. In Emerald 2.2, it will consolidate any billing cycles out
HIGHER than the number that you select.
