Hello Dale.
I'm using Emerald 2.2.38 and Radius 2.5.
This is the second month which I've encountered an error while trying to
run the consolidation.
After running the SUMMARY, I click on charges and it goes for a while then
comes back saying there was an error running consolidation proceedure. I
had this same problem last month as well.
The only way I was able to overcome the error, was to come into the office
at 2:30 am, turn off Radius (which is running in -X15 mode) and then run
CONSOLIDAITON 1 from within ISQL_W.
1. Why am I getting this error?
2. Why does shutting down Radius allow the consolidation to work?
3. How can this be fixed?
