The shdocvw.dl is the HTML control that Emerald uses, which is a part of
IE 3 and higher. I don't know what else uses it. The DLL will not
register unless you have IE3 or higher (maybe even 4) installed on the
machine. I thought I had patched the installer to trap the error and
add the registry entry to not display the browser. I'll check on it.
