I understand that Xtreme TOP 20 Placement Service does not guarantee or predict any type of profit from the use of this service. If Xtreme TOP 20 Placement Service is unable to achieve a Top 20 position in at least 3 of the
10 major search engines (Yahoo is excluded), payment for this service will be promptly refunded (minus a
small $19.95 website submission fee).
Check payment that is returned denied or unpaid puts Customer in immediate default and is subject to a returned check charge of $25 from the Xtreme TOP 20 Placement Service. If a payment by mail-in check, check by fax or on-line checking is returned to the Xtreme TOP 20 Placement Service unpaid, a bank draft for the original amount due plus penalty fee of $25 will immediately be drawn against Customers checking account.
Credit Card payment that is returned unpaid for any reason puts Customer in immediate default and is subject to a returned charge of $25 from Xtreme TOP 20 Placement Service.
Additionally, all returned credit card payments are subject to collection agency activity & negative credit bureau reporting. I also understand that I (customer) will be liable for all collection agency and/or attorney fees borne by Xtreme TOP 20 Placement Service if my account goes to collection.
