Ok, so you understand that RadiusNT can't use MS-CHAP. Therefore you
would have gone looking for information on how to force NT to use a
compatable authentication protocol such as CHAP or PAP. You would have
then found that you need to force NT to use PAP, and you would have
found the article

Microsoft Knowledge Base.

Nope, sounds like you are still trying to force RadiusNT to use MS-CHAP.
Read Dale's e-mail again, then read the above again and give up on CHAP.
