|Have you tried checking what the radlogmsg says for those users? That has
been
|a very good source for me to figure out why my users are unable to connect.

|I need to know how to track/turn on stop records, so that I can see
|disconnect causes. I'm getting killed with some customers not being able
to
|connect & I can't track why. I checked the Stop record option in RadAdmin
|then viewed the relationships in Access, however there is no relationship
|(it appears) between the values and any other table. Can someone please
|just point me in the right direction & I'll figure it out. We're running
|the rad_20241.zip exe's from FTP site and authenticating with MSAccess DB -
|no SQL or Emerald involved. Just Radius NT. Thanks
