Have you tried checking what the radlogmsg says for those users? That has been
a very good source for me to figure out why my users are unable to connect.

Subject: Stop records

I need to know how to track/turn on stop records, so that I can see
disconnect causes. I'm getting killed with some customers not being able to
connect & I can't track why. I checked the Stop record option in RadAdmin
then viewed the relationships in Access, however there is no relationship
(it appears) between the values and any other table. Can someone please
just point me in the right direction & I'll figure it out. We're running
the rad_20241.zip exe's from FTP site and authenticating with MSAccess DB -
no SQL or Emerald involved. Just Radius NT. Thanks
