Are you seeing RadisuNT trying to insert anything into your
RadLogs table in -x15 debug mode? You ca use radlogin to make
a invalid login request to see.

For the calls on-line, what kind of database are you using?
If MS Access, you need to enable the manual calls update.
If its SQL Server, you need to check and make sure you have
a trigger installed (or enable manual calls update).

Check the accounting timeout on your NAS and make sure its
not set to something lower than 3.
