Greetings to the group.

I manage a medium-sized ISP along the Gulf coast. We currently run Total
Controls for access. Problem is they won't dial out on the ISDN ports, so
we can't help our customers with metered ISDN (PRIs are not usage sensitive
in Bellsouth territory BRIs are).

Because of that I am looking at replacing the Total Controls with something.
Cisco has a buy-back program, but I am not sure about the rate yet.

Any experience with other products from the group would be helpful.
Everything has a shortcoming, so I am particularly interested in the problem
areas. Right now I am looking at the Cisco 5800/5300 units, but any wisdom
would be useful.
