VPN and PPTP would be too indepth to really discuss via Email!! Several
books are out on the subject....

However, basically......

VPN can be setup to look at the called number, and according to that called
number route all authentication request to your radius server(s). It can
also be used to tunnel a user to a signup server or any other "private
network" and will not allow them to go anyplace else.
