Am using the NT web-based admin tool (for IIS 4). I log in with administrator rights. Can
do erveything, except... Can't change user details, add users, etc. I get the ffg message:

Failed to create user account for "xxxxxx": Access Denied - You do not have the necessary
access rights (5)
But I do have full admin rights.
Any ideas?
