limit the size of your users mailboxes. They shouldn't be taking up more
than
5 to 10 megs anyhow if they are a dial-up user. If they are, they are
abusing your
system.

That's not an issue. And I don't know if Outlook can handle it, I know
Eudora can. Leave your favorite mail list alone for a few weeks, let it
build up to 1100 messages, then try & collect your mail.
