I keep getting IIS 3.0 crashing with the following errors:
The server was unable to register the administration tool discovery =
information. The administration tool may not be able to see this =
server. The data is the error code.=20
HTTP Server could not initialize the socket library. The data is the =
error.=20
It crashes with a dialogue box which MUST be clicked on OK before the =
service can start again (I have a regular event which does a "net start =
w3svc" regularly). It must be manually restarted in teh IIS Manager.
It's happening about three times a week.
