This is most probably the Multi-DNS Bug... Have her download this patch and
just run it. It will automatically fix the DNS problem that DUN has with more
than 1 DUN Connection.
Have her try this if this does not work, then have her remove all networking
components and then run the Internet connection wizard or get on the Internet
option to get her back online.
