Usually your connection SHOULD have a burstable T1 to 10MB to be able to
handle the demand for your service. this way during peak hours when Full T1
is demanded from their service, you can have the extra bandwidth to manage it.
Make sure you get the Lows and Highs on the cost of the Burstable T1 and then
base your cost on your highest cost.
