Its Very off-topic, but i'm hopeless!!!
I'm trying to install a software that tries to create a database in sql
server 6.5
It allways give me the message : "SQL setup failed:cannot create database
user"
What the hell does it means?!
Also, in the event viewer i receive:

Event ID 17055: mesg 17207: udfilesize: operating system error2 (the system
cannot find the file speciied) during rhe creation/opening of physical
device c:\mssql\data\secdata.dat

What the %$^%^%$#@@#% Does THIS means?

Before I'll rip my head off, please help
