Was the question regarding not printing sent email invoices ever answered?
This is a manual nightmare and I would like to know if it is, or is not,
possible. If not possible, will it be included in 2.5?

I am using Compaq 4000's and I have never had a problem with Emerald or
Radius with them. They work great the only thing that I don't see is the
"Termination Reason".
And the Traffic Table doesn't seem to be collecting information.

The traffic table is for external support. We have not implemented
support for it yet.

Actually, I missed the Emailed part. Emerald 2.2 and lower use aninternal report for it that can't be modified. YOu can, however, create three files (invhead.txt, invbody.txt and invfoot.txt) to addlines to the respective areas of the emailed reports.

One thing you can do is update the invoice.rpt to only include thoseinvoices where the SentDate field is NULL. I'll check to see whetherthisis still a problem in Emerald 2.5.

Do you have any advice on our other problems, concurrency control notworking, and the problem with our online calls table. P.S. where do thesetext files need to reside and do I need to tell emerald to use them or dothey get detected automatically?

If your callsare not being tracked, run RadiusNT in -x15 and look at the accountingrecords (they will have an Acct-Status-Type attribute in them). Whatis the port number being reported in the NAS-Port attribute? Does that port exist for the NAS? Is the IP Address for the NAS the sameas the NAS-Identifier being reported?-- Dale E.
