We are trying to set up a client account to only view 1 group, we added them
as a user then set them as an Administrator of their group, with the No
Access set for the other Groups.

When the user logs in the the Emerald client it seems to log in fine, and
the cannot see our other groups, however, they cannot add accounts.

Can someone decipher this for me, this is what came up in debug..

INSERT MasterAccounts_Remote(ReferredBy, FirstName, LastName, Company,
Address1, Address2, City, State, Zip, PhoneHome, PhoneWork, PhoneFax,
SalesPerson, Region, CreateDate, StartDate, maExpireDate, Extension, Active,
PayPeriod, PayMethod, PayInfo, PaidThru, LastReceived, PONumber, PrePaid,
CreditCardNumber, CreditCardExpire, CreditCardAuth, CreditCardAutoBill,
Comments, LastModifyDate, LastModifyUser, Balance, OverDue, SendMethod,
GroupID) VALUES('','a', 'a','', '','', '','', '','', '','',
'','Minneapolis', '8/26/98','8/26/98', '9/9/98',0, 1,'Monthly', '
Invoice','', '8/26/98','8/26/98', '','', '','', '',0, '','8/26/98 1:41:53
AM', 'dm',0, 0, 0, 7)

Any help would be great, we need this client of ours to be able to add and
administer accounts within their group, but don't want them to have access
to all of our database.

Thanks.

And is this still around for us to see, if so where?

Things seem to be going well. Thanks Dale.
I have one question. When I do a Summery and charges the number
for the periods are always the same 14,038 for 1 and 17,319 for
2.
What exactly are these numbers and shouldn't they change or is
there
some script I need to run to take care of it.

Is there any documentation on the fields and calculations required to
determine how much time any given subaccount has used over the last pay
period??

- Chris

You are looking for the calls table. Sum the AcctSesionTime
field for the customer.

There are some example scripts in the /emerald/contrib dirs on the
ftp site that show how to do this in CF and ASP.

THe number in () is the number of call records for customersin that prior billing cycles (the number on the left). If youhave deleted a customer, then their call records will not beremoved from the calls table during consolidation. You can run a query like this to see what records are in your calls tablethat don't have a user match:

Select Username, Calls=Count(*)
