Allready wrote one. Compleatly done with PERL 5 and ASP. It took close to 2 weeks to get everything implemented. I even has support for reports. Depending on the responce I get, I may or may not release it. I also have a working IMAIL integration (Adding, Password changing, Notification of deletion), also written in PERL 5
