This is the number of days from the date the account expires befoe the
account will expire. Setting it to a positive value will give the
customer that many days of free service (not billed). Its a startup
grace period.

This is a temporary extend on the account. If you don't set expire
to a positive value, you MUST set this or the below limit fiel, to a
positive value, or the customers will not be allowed on until they
pay their first bill. This is cleared when they pay their payment
(temp extension).
> Limit?
This is a permanent extend for the account that doesn't get
cleared. This is the true "grace period".
> And is the Period really Days or is it in minutes, or hours?
