in
the registry, but the files continue to be created.

We are currently using a Bank of Montreal product to process our credit =
card payments; the product is called InstaLink PC. This product works =
very well on its own, however, it would be nice to automate the process =
with Emerald's Batch in/out feature.
=20
Does anyone know if we can create our own CC batch formats? If so, how?
=20
Thank you!

The reports generatedindicate $0.00 in the tax column where there should be an appropriate taxamount. Further investigations reveal that the tax column in the invoicedatabase tables is not updated correctly. Here in Zambia, we have a 17.5% value added tax (VAT) that is applied to allInternet charges unless the customer is VAT exempted. I would be reallygrateful if those of you who have hit this problem can offer possiblesolutions to the problem - I really can't wait any longer for Emeraldversion 2.5. We are currently using the 2.2.38 client and 2.2.31 admin.Thanks,Daniel.------------------------------------------------------------------------Daniel Mpolokoso - Technical Manager, Email: daniel@zamnet.zmZAMNET Communication Systems Limited, Phone: +260 - 1 - 751751P.O. Or does anyone have another suggestion? The only way I could think of to do this would be to have an invoice.rptthat asks for a groupid when it prints. Then you could do two printingruns (the same one twice) when you enter the first group number, printthat on the first letterhead, then the second group number and printthat on another letterhead. Although I am not suppose to say it, Emerald 2.5 does support differentinvoice forms for each group.-- Dale E. Currently you can't.  =Its=20 something I have been thinking about though.
If you send me the =batch=20 in/out formats that it is expecting, I can add
it to the 2.5 =supported=20 formats, though.
