RadiusNT startup

List,
I hardly ever reboot my radius server, but when I do it radius NT doesn't
come correctly up. I have to stop and restart the service in order for it to
authenticate. I remember I had this problem once before on a different
server. The problem was that the SQL started after the radius. This is
radius NT 2.5. Any ideas?
