Alan,

Not speaking for Dale, but since I have thousands of ports of USR TC I can
say that you provided an authentication session and not an accounting
session. I do see that you have ack'ed 37 accounting packets. If you can
capture an accounting session it should look similiar to the following:

Sending Accounting Ack of id 83 to d1404c05 (BM2)

Resp Time: 15 Auth: 0/0 -> 0 Acct: 2328/400/800 -> 3528
radrecv: Request from host d1404c05 code=4, id=85, length=211
Acct-Session-Id = "02010154"
User-Name = "mstearns"
NAS-Identifier = 209.64.76.5
NAS-Port = 6
Acct-Status-Type = Start
Acct-Authentic = RADIUS
Vendor-Specific = ""
Vendor-Specific = ""
Vendor-Specific = ""
Vendor-Specific = ""
Vendor-Specific = ""
Vendor-Specific = ""
Vendor-Specific = ""
Vendor-Specific = ""
NAS-Identifier2 = "BM2"
NAS-Port-Type = Async
User-Service = Framed-User
Framed-Protocol = PPP
Framed-Address = 209.64.76.63
Acct-Delay-Time = 0

SQL Statement: INSERT INTO Calls
(CallDate,AcctSessionId,UserName,NASIdentifier
,NASPort,AcctStatusType,NASPortType,UserService,FramedProtocol,FramedAddress
,Acc
tDelayTime) VALUES
(GetDate(),'02010154','mstearns','209.64.76.5',6,1,0,2,1,'209
..64.76.63',0)

Notice the trigger that takes this packet and perfroms the INSERT into
Calls? Now I changed my paramaters to default to show you that you will
get several Vendor Specific Null values which can be useful for other
means, but to accomplish what you want here is a default USR TC and base
Radius NT/Emerald config. On this chassis I am having a slight problem
with accounting packets being sent to the accounting server or the update
trigger is not working, which I have asked Dale and the list about a few
days ago.
