I am having some problems with over billing. If I understand correctly, =
I would use Standard to set the number of hours the account would be =
able to log on. If I have 'Allow Overtime' checked, the account should =
be able to log on to the system and use the Internet past the defined =
hours in Standard. I should enter the overtime rate in 'Over Charge.'=20
The following is a sample bill invoiced and sent out.
LOGIN                        DESCRIPTION                                 =

ZZZZZZ PPP Dialup 25 Hours =
   $  16.18
                                    May 98 usage of 5 hours              =
       $  74.75
                                    Jun 98  usage of 3 hours             =
        $  44.85
The service type has a base cost of 14.95. The amounts charged, 5 * =
14.95 =3D $74.75 ; and 3 * 14.95 =3D $44.85 should be more around $4.95 =
and $2.97. Why is emerald charging the base cost for every hour? What do =
I have configured incorrectly? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance,
