That is correct. We are seeing the same thing here on 7 PM3's upgraded to
3.8b17. This looks like it will prevent us from using stop record only
accounting for the time being. Livingston/Lucent - If this is intentional,
PLEASE change this behavior back. This will double the amount of data that
we will need to keep and process.

I have seen various messages relating to ASP sign-up forms to create a new
account in emerald.
As I have not yet seen a post of anyone having done this, I am going to
write one myself. Today.
When this is complete, I will make it available to anyone who wants it.
Suggestions will be appreciated.

If ANYONE has already done this, PLEASE STOP ME NOW! by posting a location
where this is available :)
Otherwise, I will be starting on this evening.

Instead of sending out a copy to everyone...

How about I just send it to the original requestor.. and when he is finished I/He can provide it to Dale to post on the FTP site...

That way... everyone will get a working copy instead of everyone finishing the project.

Thanks,

Here.. check this out.. This is some .ASP forms I wrote.. Please note insignup.asp you may want to rem out lines 1061-1075 as those are for creatingmailboxes.. Ummm.. Also.. you need to add a field called DefualtLoginCountand it goes in the AccountTypes table (Used for the number of Channels..)Also included is prereg.asp which will allow the user to input UserID andpassword and download a config file which will setup his/her Email andWebBrowser and setup a Connection Icon (Works with I.E 4.0 not sure about3.02) NOTE: This *IS* a SIGNUP server!

Even better, ask Dale to place them on the FTP site in a zip for eachpersons version, or current state of development.

There are already some .asp files there, but more wouldn't hurt.

The more colaborators, the better the results. :)

Actually I DID respond to your request. Look at the number ofconnections (user activity) in Enterprise Manager. Most likely youare running up against a connection limit issue. You can useEnterprise manager (configure Server, configuration, max connections)to increase the limit. The default is 15, which easily canmax with 3 emeralds, two RadiusNTs and a couple Enterprisemanager connections.

I tried to run the Emerald administrator and clicked on check database withthe result.... File fields rpt not found.

Checking through the online info etc... items reference and emerald.inifile. I have no emerald ini file. What should it look like so that I cancreate one?
