In the event of bad crashes like this, I would recommend creating a
fresh database and using the DB transfer to copy the data into a known
clean database. This may be an identity problem, though. Try
running the DBCC CheckIdent(SubAccounts) and see if it corrects
the problem (its one of the lines in the checkdb.sql file).
