Cannot Add Subaccounts!

database went into recover after a reboot, turned flag off per microsoft,
database came back. All other functions work fine exept we cannot add
subaccounts. Get "Sql Command Failed". Any ideas on what's going on????
Kinda hard to sign up new folks like this.
