NTMail

I have a virtual domain customer that i will be moving to my NTMail server.
That users in in another state and will be sending and receiving mail
through another provider to my mail server.

Do i need to have NTMail JUCE (full version) to supply smtp service to this
customer?
Relay is disabled now. and i have my local ip's entered in as local.
