Call Consolidation

I loaded Emerald 2.2.23 on my system in a different directory for the
purpose of consolidation. I tried to run the consolidation today for the
first time. It created 5 batches of some sort. I then tried selecting batch
1 and clicked the Charges button, got the standard "This may take a while"
message box and then got an error message that said "Error executing
consolidation procedure". Please advise if you have any suggestions.
