Setup problems (RadiusNT, SQL Server, ISPAdmin)

I'm trying to setup RadiusNT using IDBC with SQL Server and ISPAdmin. I've
been following the instructions from the RadiusNT v2.2 documentation.

First I setup the ODBC DSN. After adding the "Radius" DSN the parameters
were:

Microsoft SQL Server ODBC Driver Version 03.50.0305

Data Source Name: Radius
Data Source Description: RadiusNT
Server: INTLTVSYS
Database: ISPADMIN
Language: (Default)
Translation Option: Automatic
Log Long Running Queries: No
Log Driver Statistics: No
Use Integrated Security: Yes
Use Regional Settings: No
Prepared Statements Option: Drop temporary procedures on disconnect
Use Failover Server: No
Use ANSI Quoted Identifiers: Yes
Use ANSI Null, Paddings and Warnings: Yes

I press the "Test Data Source" button and I get:

Microsoft SQL Server ODBC Driver Version 03.50.0305

Running connectivity tests...

Attempting connection
Connection established
Verifying option settings
Disconnecting from server

TESTS COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY!

So I'm thinking that everything with ODBC is fine. I next try to setup
RadiusNT to use this DSN. In the Admin I click the ODBC checkbox and
select Radius from the selection list. Then I go to the ODBC Security tab
and enter the username and password needed to access the database. The
problem is when I click "Check". It returns a dialog box that says: "Check
Connection Failed".

This isn't real informative so I get a dos window and run radius -x15 from it:

0) EncryptPasswords: 0
1) IgnoreCase: 1
2) ReqAcctAuth: 0
3) Mode: 1
4) Options: 0
5) Debug: 0
6) ODBCDatasource: Radius
7) DataDirectory:
8) AcctDirectory:
9) UsersFile: Users
10) Username: xxxx
11) Password: xxxx
12) CompanyName:
13) License:

So, what can I check next? I've been through these steps several times
looking for clues but so far no luck. Once I'm done with this I'm supposed
to do the same thing using Emerald. I hope it doesn't have problems...
