Not currently. As long as you are not running RadiusNT from an
icon on your desktop (IOW, you open up a dos prompt and start RadiusNT
manually) it should be there, assuming someone doesn't reboot the
machine. You can re-start the service from remote one the foreground
2.5 includes full logging to a text file to resolve this issue.
