RadiusNT stopped In weekend

Hello
last weekend , my RadiusNT had stppoed to authenticate our users. I
restarted and all went fine.

When I consult my event journal I find this error

RadiusNT Service error: 183, StartServiceCtrlDispatcher failed..

My questions is :
who make this error?
How can I prevent it to come again?
