Online Calls after re-seating modem card

About 2 weeks ago we had a modem on one of our USR Total Control Card stop
working. USR had me reset the card in the chassis. Since this the On-Line
tab of emerald has not properly updated any of the port on that card (ports
5-8). I ran the calltrig SQL script under ftp://<iea>Emerald/SQL but that
did not help. I've gone into Administrator and toggle the online status of
these ports. Didn't work. I've even gone into the server_ports table and
tried to set the proper info for the time.

How did re-seating the card cause the On-Line calls to stop updating
properly, and what should I do to fix it.

Note: Ports 9 on seem to function ok.
