WinNT SAM Authentication

I'm new to the list (and RadiusNT). I have Radius 2.2 running (in trial
mode) on my WinNT primary domain controller system authenticating dial
up from an Ascend MAX 4048 (sorry Dale). The documentation discusses a
feature to allow authentication from the WinNT SAM if one places
WINNT\DOMAIN in the password field. I can't seem to get this to work.
Any suggestions.
