No it shouldn't. If you have three RadiusNT machines, all working
together to track whos on-line, just because you reset one of them
doesn't mean everything should be wiped out. My point of having
atleast two RadiusNT servers is so that you can drop one w/out having
problems like tracking users.
If you are running Emerald, you should update your trigger to the
one I have posted here many times to resolve a problem of
handling out of order accounting records (which typically happens
when you restart your RADIUS server) which causes the calls online
to become incorrect.
