mail only filter for Ascend MAX and RadiusNT freeware edition

We are still using Radius NT freeware (version 1.16.60 )
in text mode and Ascend MAX 4000
Maybe some could help us...

How to set up mail only filter for MAX 4000 and Radius NT ?
we know how to configure MAX but
what should I add to radius NT dictionary file or users file ?
any help or experience regarding MAX
and filters would be welcome

P.S. - we did filtering with CISCO 2511 successfully -
but we must do the same with MAX ...
