Yes. I use 1.16.60 and MS Access to enforce Concurrency Control.

The manual states that you have to check several checkboxes in the RadiusNT
administration utility namely Concurrency Control, Use MS Access, and Manual
Calls Updating.

Then in the Master Accounts table, enter 1 in the Num Logins column for the
account you want to restrict logins for.

These are all straight from memory. I might have been mistaken somewhere.
Pls consult your manual to be sure.
