Radius NT & Scripted Logins

We are presently converting from Unix to Radius NT and Ascend Max
equipment and have run across an unusual circumstance:

Some of our users have been logging in with a script and have been getting
a third prompt when logging under unix (this was done to maintain
compatability when we first upgraded to Maxes), however they do not get
this prompt when authenticated with NT. This means inconsistent
authentication.
My boss does not want to force these users to change if it can be helped.

How do I setup RadiusNT to present the third prompt when a user logs in
with a script or in terminal mode?
If you have any questions or comments, please don't hesitate to e-mail or
call.

Thanks
