You need to consult the NAS documentation on how they support the
Filter attribute and what format is needs to be in. Then you can
add a reply attribute of the filter type and proper data format.

I believe this is a BUG in certains revs of IOS. There isn't anything
RadiusNT can do about it.

Do you have Server Port Access enabled in the RadiusNT
admin?
